CUSD Developer Fee Annual and Five Year Report FY2024-2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chawanakee Unified School District has completed and is making available for public review its proposed Annual and Five Year Developer Fee Report pursuant to Government Code Section 66006(b)(2) for the Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2025. The Fee Report is on file at the District Office, located at 26065 Outback Industrial Way, O'Neals, CA 93645, and is available for public review from December 23, 2025 through January 14, 2026, during business hours. As required by law, the Fee Report is also available on the District's website. The Board will review the Fee Report at its next regularly scheduled public meeting on Tuesday, January 13, 2026. The public meeting for this purpose will begin at 6:30 PM or as soon thereafter as practicable, at North Fork School, 33087 Road 228, North Fork, CA. These matters will be considered at such time as the agenda is considered by the Governing Board of the District.
